I would like to thank your helpful employees at your Pontiac dealership. My husband had been ill several months ago and we got behind on a couple payments with our car that we had purchased from you. The bank didn’t seem to care about our circumstances or situation and had threatened to take back our 2006 GMC Envoy. When I spoke with your finance manager he was compassionate and understood our situation. We have never made late payments in our life…ever. After your representative spoke with the bank and helped them understand the situation and its uniqueness, we were able to work out a new finance plan with the bank and keep our car.
It is a shame your dealership had to be involved, but it is certainly reassuring to know that Mike Haggerty Pontiac-Buick-GMC stands by their customers through thick and thin. Not many people or businesses seem to care about others misfortunes or problems, but your dealership always has done this.
